At Kunafa Kingdom, each order is freshly prepared just for you. Because our desserts are made-to-order and perishable, we do not allow cancellations, or any changes once the order is confirmed.

Refunds for Failed Transactions
If your payment was deducted but the order wasn’t successfully placed, don’t worry—the amount is automatically refunded by your bank or payment provider. In most cases, the refund reflects instantly or within a couple business days, depending on your bank’s policies.
As this process is handled directly by the bank, we are unable to intervene or expedite the refund. However, you're welcome to reach out to your bank with the transaction reference for further assistance.
