Shipping & Delevery 

  • Orders are dispatched within 2 days of payment confirmation.
  • Shipped via trusted national courier partners.
  • You’ll receive a tracking link via email once the order is dispatched.
  • Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, between 9 AM – 7 PM (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Delays may occur due to weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees include packaging and postage.
  • Handling charges are fixed, while delivery charges vary based on weight and location.
  • For cost efficiency, place a single consolidated order. We are unable to merge multiple separate orders after they’re placed.

Packaging

  • We pack your desserts with care in sturdy, size-appropriate boxes to ensure they arrive safely.
  • However, please note that delivery is at the customer’s risk once dispatched.

Important Delivery Terms

  • No modifications are allowed post-confirmation.
  • Deliveries may be rescheduled in case of severe weather or emergencies.
  • Orders cannot be redirected to another address after placing.
  • Only one delivery attempt will be made. If unsuccessful, no redelivery or refund will be issued.
  • Undelivered orders will be returned to our office, and you may contact us to arrange a pickup.


Your order will be marked as delivered in these cases

  • Wrong, untraceable, or incomplete address
  • Recipient unavailable or premises locked
  • Non-working or incorrect phone number
  • Recipient refuses the package
  • Delivery made to gate/reception/neighbor (as per given instructions)
